Refund policy

Claim a refund if your order doesn’t ship, is missing, or arrives with product issues (e.g., defective, incorrect, damaged, etc.).

1. If a dispute arises after the effective date of the Purchase Contract, the Buyer may file a complaint through the Trade Assurance Services Transaction System (the "System") and the Seller may file a complaint through the Complaint Center.
